Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chayaniq.com (the “Site”), operated by Chayaniq (“Chayaniq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
On this page
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing the Site or submitting any form on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms apply to the Site only; a client project is governed by its own signed Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
2. About This Website
The Site is an informational resource describing Chayaniq's software, AI, and cloud engineering services and a way for prospective clients to get in touch with us. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a contract; a working relationship begins only once both parties sign a separate agreement.
3. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and browse the Site for the purpose of learning about our services and evaluating whether to work with us. This license does not include any right to resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Site or its content.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Site beyond normal search-engine indexing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the administration area.
- Use the Site's contact or newsletter forms to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or normal operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code are owned by Chayaniq or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Case studies and client names are shared with permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client project is governed by that client's signed agreement, not by these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example, a scheduling page or a social profile) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
7. Contact Forms, Newsletter, and Communications
Information you submit through our contact or newsletter forms is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until a separate agreement is signed. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
8. Informational Content Disclaimer
Content on the Site — including our blog, case studies, and service descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only and doesn't guarantee any particular outcome for your business or project. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you should seek independent advice before making decisions based on it.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chayaniq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separate signed client agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Chayaniq harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision; continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
