Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Chayaniq (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on chayaniq.com (the “Site”), and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Essential — required for the Site to function and to keep it secure. These can't be switched off.
- Functional — remember choices you make to provide a smoother experience.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Marketing — used to measure the effectiveness of our outreach and, where applicable, show relevant content elsewhere.
3. What We Currently Set
chayaniq.com sets essential cookies required for the Site to function — for example, a secure session cookie that keeps our internal team signed in to the administration area. Essential cookies do not require your consent.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (analytics services from Google) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on page, referring sites, and aggregate device information. Google Analytics is loaded using Google's Consent Mode v2 with all consent categories (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) defaulting to “denied” on every page load, which means no analytics or advertising cookies are set until consent is granted.
If you are visiting from the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Brazil (jurisdictions where opt-in consent is legally required), we ask for your consent via a cookie banner before promoting these categories to “granted.” If you decline, Google Analytics receives only anonymised, cookie-free signals used for aggregate modelling and no identifiers or cookies are stored on your device. Visitors from other jurisdictions are treated as having granted implicit consent and can revoke it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the public Site. If we introduce new categories in the future, we'll update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before they're set.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some pages may embed or link to third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool or a video player) that can set their own cookies once you interact with them. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own privacy and cookie policies, not this one.
5. How to Manage Your Preferences
On chayaniq.com, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer to open the cookie banner again and change your analytics choice. You can also review, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because essential cookies are required for core functionality (like signing in to a protected area of the Site), blocking them may affect how those specific features work — the public Site itself will continue to work normally.
6. What Happens If You Reject Cookies
If you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is collected from your browser. Browsing the Site, reading our content, and submitting our contact or newsletter forms all continue to work normally — none of them require accepting non-essential cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We'll update the “Last updated” date whenever this Policy changes, and we'll seek consent again if we introduce new categories of cookies that require it.
